Terms and Conditions

When you apply for a commission from me (by filling out the commission form) I will get in touch with you within the week to request payment upfront. You can either pay in full right away or we can break it into two payments, one before I begin your commission and the remaining fee before I deliver the final file to you. Refunds are not possible as soon as I begin working on your commission.
If I never get back in touch with you, it’s a polite decline of your application.
Once the payment is made, I’ll be sending you a sketch or two that you can either request revisions to or approve. Only three major revisions can be requested before the price will be bumped up, and once you approve of the sketch I’ll get started on finishing it.Usual turnover time is anywhere between two weeks to two months. If I fail to deliver your commission within 9 months of payment for any reason, I’ll provide a full refund to you, or if you’d like to withdraw before I have begun working on your commission, your money will be returned.When your commission is finished I’ll notify you, and if you chose to split the fee into two payments, I’ll request the final fee. Once payment has been made in full, I’ll deliver a high quality file of your commission to you. If the file is poor or bad, just tell me and I’ll send you a new one.By commissioning me you agree that the artwork I make for you is for personal use ONLY, not to be used with AI or for commercial purposes. It is not to be resold or redistributed in any way, but of course you can share it online and for other personal uses.
I also as the artist retain the right to showcase it on my socials and to leverage it accordingly.If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out!
